Presidential Aide: Political-military leadership of Armenia must be held responsible for shelling Barda, Mingachevir and other cities

"Armenian armed forces shelled central market of Ganja," Assistant to the President, Head of the Department for Foreign Policy Affairs of Azerbaijan's Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev has twitted, APA reports.
