Details of murder case committed two days ago have been unveiled, APA reports.
Criminal case on the fact of murder of the Farid Mammadov, aged 35, at the Hasan bay Zerdabi street of the Yasamal district of the capital, has been initiated at the Baku City Prosecutor’s Office according to the article 120.1 (deliberately killing) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
Habib Babaverdiyev accused of the murder has been detained as a result of operational investigative measures jointly taken by the Police and Prosecutor’s Office.
Note that killed F.Mammadov was the relative of the general-major Ramiz Zeynalov, chief of Main State Traffic Police department.
