President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order regarding eternalization of memory of outstanding representative of Azerbaijani music arts, great composer, People’s Artist of USSR, State Prize Laureate, academic Arif Melikov, ONA reports.
According to the order, Baku City Executive Power is commissioned to ensure the erection of gravestone monument and giving the name of Arif Melikov to one of the streets in Baku.
Ministry of Culture is ordered to ensure the erection monument of Arif Melikov in Baku and giving the name of Arif Melikov to one of the musical schools located in Baku.
