He said a top priority for the US, Mexico and Canada is making investments in infrastructure and innovation and delivering "concrete benefits" to the North American people. The three leaders also touched on the "unprecedented levels of migration" experienced by the entire region and shared their intent to "deepen and strengthen" efforts to cut off the flow of illegal fentanyl across their joint borders.
