The countries of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) should not rush to increase oil production in conditions of unstable demand for energy carriers from next year, said Abdelmadjid Attar, Algeria's Minister of Energy and President of the OPEC, APA Economics reports.
“Though there are positive symptoms and noticeable improvement in the dynamic of oil prices, i think , we must be very attentive” said A.Attar.
According to him, the countries must ensure the continuation of their efforts to reduce excess oil reserves in the global market.
