Oil export through BTC decreased by 4%

In the first two months of this year, 6270,8 thousand tones of oil was transferred via mainnoil pipelines, which is 3% less in comparison to the corresponding period of previous year, APA reports citing State Statistics Committee.

80.2% of the transportation has been carried out through Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan and in January-February of the current year, 5029,5 thousand tones of oil has been transferred through BTC pipeline. This is 4.1% less in annual comparison. During the period 723,9 thousand tones of transit oil was transferred through the BTC and it is 3.8% less in comparison to indicator of the relevant period of the previou year.
