APA reports this was reflected in the decree of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on “Simplification of procedure of energy supply of construction facilities of the owners” dated April 4, 2017.
Chairman of the Council will be a representative of Ministry, members – representatives of Ministry of Economy, Baku Transport Agency, Azerishig, Azeravtoyol, Sumgayit Department of Passenger Transportation via Automobile Transport, Ganja Department of Passenger Transportation via Automobile Transport and local executive powers.
Appeals for provision of technical conditions, design-estimate documentation and control of works related to energy supply of construction facilities with the required capacity of 150 kW will be carried out via ASAN Kommunal centers (ASAN Service centers where ASAN Kommunal centers have not been established yet).
Representatives of Baku Transport Agency, Sumgayit Department of Passenger Transportation via Automobile Transport, Ganja Department of Passenger Transportation via Automobile Transport and local executive powers will be included in the Council only in ASAN Kommunal centers (ASAN Service centers) on administrative-territorial units.
Azerishig is to provide the Energy Ministry with regularly updated data on every substation and transformer within a month. The Ministry is to post the data on its website within three months and provide formation of Technical Council in every ASAN Kommunal center (ASAN Service) by involving one representative from abovementioned state bodies within ten days and inform the President about it.
