In January-December of the previous year, 37 781,5 thousand tons of oil were transported via main oil pipelines in Azerbaijan, which is 7,9% more in comparison to the relevant indicator of 2021, the State Statistics Committee told APA-Economics.
78,7% of transportation was implemented via Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) oil pipeline. During the reporting period, 29 749,6 thousand tons of oil were transported via the pipeline (12,6% more in comparison to the relevant indicator of 2021).
During the reporting period, 5103,9 thousand tons of transit oil were transported via BTC pipeline. (41,8% more in annual comparison).
