Sweden and Finland should not expect concessions from Turkiye on the issue of terrorists, said Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Turkish President in an interview with the local journalists, APA’s Istanbul correspondent reports.

He noted that immediately after the NATO’s Madrid summit after the agreement was reached between the parties, terrorists continued their marches on the streets of both countries.

Erdogan reminded that the agreement in Madrid was only an invitation process and said that Sweden and Finland are moving away from Turkiye instead of closer.

The Turkish leader also stressed that if this continues, the Turkish parliament will not respond positively to the NATO membership of the countries in question.
