"We support Ukraine's right to self-defense. This is in accordance with the UN Charter and international law," said NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg announced this at a joint press conference with EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Joseph Borrell and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba, APAm reports.
He said that Russian President Vladimir Putin started this war and "he did it to occupy Ukraine for imperial interests"
"He underestimated the determination, strength of the Ukrainian people, and our solidarity. We do not see any signs of peace in Putin's actions. He announced in today's speech that he is preparing for a new war, and is mobilizing new forces,' Stoltenberg stated.
