All opinions were taken into account in the economic council and submitted accordingly in the process of preparation and discussion of the concept of restoration and development of the liberated lands, said Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Mikayil Jabbarov at his performance at a meeting chaired by President Ilham Aliyev on the results of 2020, APA-Economics reports.
According to him, all the measures to be implemented in the direction of restoration and development of the liberated territories from the occupation and economic potential of those territories will create a basis for attracting new local and foreign investments to the country, especially in the non-oil sector.
“It is considered to implement the activity in four stages in order to provide a comprehensive approach to the restoration and development of the territories. At the initial stage, it includes the solution of management and security, infrastructure issues, and at the next stages, the activities of social services, the reconstruction and development of the economy’” said M.Jabbarov.
