Today, the demand at the currency auction held at the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) with participation of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan Republic has increased by AZN 65.8 mln. or 42.4% as compared with the demand at the auction held yesterday and made up US$ 220.8 mln. Yesterday, the banks’ demand for currency was US$ 155 mln., the CBA told "APA-Economics".
During the auction, the banks’ demands for cash money have also been fully satisfied.
Note that this indicator is less by US$ 102.4 mln. or 32% than the demand developed at the currency auction held on March 10.
