In January- February of this year foreign trade turnover of Georgia amounted to $ 1 855,0 mln, the report of National Statistics Office of Georgia reads, APA’s Georgian bureau reports.
According to the report, this indicator is 6.1% more in comparison to the related period of the previous year.
During the reporting period, the export of Georgia increased by 4.5% and amounted to $ 526.3 mln., while import increased by 6.8% and constituted $ 1 328,7 mln annually.
In January-February negative trade turnover of Georgia was $ 802,5 mln, which was 43.3% of the total foreign trade turnover.
