“Thousands of phone calls are received at Hot line numberfs every day. Every minute, the list of persons wishing to return to Azerbaijan grows further”, Azerbaijan's Embassy to Turkey told APA.
The embassy's message notes that the persons calling the Hot line numbers are included in the list, but during the charter flights the persons with preliminarily purchased tickets, the elderly and sick people and the persons with infant children are dispatched in the first place”.
The embassy stated that the drawing up of the list of students reflecting their full names and phone numbers is performed by the Education Council of Azerbaijan's Embassy to Turkey, then the list is sent to Azerbaijan's Ministry of Education and after discussion of the list, the students whose dispatch to Azerbaijan is most necessary take their places at the top of the list.
Note that the leadership of the Turkish Airlines has disclosed that beginning from March 27, the implementation of flights from Turkey will be possible only to five cities (Hong Kong, Moscow, New York, Washington and Addis Abeba).
The embassy stated that as the charter flights to Azerbaijan are determined by the official Baku, this issue has no relevance to Turkish Airlines.
