Members of the Canada-Azerbaijan Interparliamentary Friendship Group of the House of Commons of the Canadian Parliament have visited the Alley of Martyrs today, APA reports.
The delegation visited the graves of the heroic sons of Motherland who sacrificed their lives in the fight for the independence and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and laid fresh flowers on the graves.
As well as "Eternal Torch" monument was also visited.
Then Canadian MPs watching the view of the capital from the highest point of Baku were informed about the history of the Alley of Martyrs and the landscaping work carried out in the city.
