The European Union (EU) strongly supports the establishment of peace and cooperation between Azerbaijan and Armenia, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and Georgia Toivo Klaar said this on his Twitter account, APA reports.
He said he was pleased to read President Ilham Aliyev's statement at the Global Baku Forum.
"I am pleased to read President Ilham Aliyev's statement at the Global Baku Forum: "Now is the time to establish peace, lay the foundations for cooperation" and "move to practical implementation" following the positive dynamics with Armenia. The European Union strongly supports this," said Klaar.
