Kyrgyz President: "There is no political contradiction between the two countries"

"I believe that without the reliable foundation of our modern Kyrgyz-Azerbaijani relations, the activity of our relations would not be possible," said President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov during an expanded meeting with President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, APA reports.

"These are deep historical and spiritual ties between our peoples. In this regard, we are pleased to note that there is no political contradictions between the two countries. Therefore, we are obliged to take advantage of this opportunity and expand our cooperation on behalf of the fraternal peoples of the two countries by combining our constructive efforts. The profound changes taking place in the world today give us a historic chance to build a new type of relationship. The basis of these relations is the ancient Turkish values such as dignity and honor," said the Kyrgyz President.
