Vice President of Cuba: Azerbaijan's chairmanship has further revived the Non-Aligned Movement

“Azerbaijan’s chairmanship for the Non-Aligned Movement coincided with an extremely difficult period, however, your country was very active,” Vice President of Cuba Salvador Antonio Valdes told APA.

“Azerbaijan put forward very positive proposals and took steps both during a pandemic and post-pandemic period. We will again discuss all of these at the meeting scheduled for March 2. Azerbaijan has a very big role as a chairman for the Non-Aligned Movement and its chairmanship further revived the Non-Aligned Movement, which in its turn, positively impacted the activity of the organizations within the movement. Therefore I once again express my deep gratitude to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev,” he added.
