Azerbaijani airline companies extend period of free-of-charge assignment of air tickets

The continuation of the coronavirus pandemic, as well as in connection with the closure of borders of the destination countries for the flights performed by "Azerbaijan Airlines" (AZAL) and "Buta Airways" airline companies, the period of free-of-charge assignment of air tickets for the flight dates until July 1, 2020, has been extended, AZAL told "APA-Economics".

As an alternative option, it is proposed to return to passengers the vouchers and the monetary funds equal to the value of air tickets. The return of the monetary funds will be implemented within 60 days after the resumption of the activity of the airline company.
