Death toll reaches 35 in Iran flood

The death toll has reached 35 because of floods in the different parts of Iran, Mehrdad Alibakhshi, the director of the crisis management department of Iran's forensic medicine organization, told ONA Iranian bureau reports.

Mehrdad Alibakhshi divided floods into two parts: “The first wave of the flood in the early days of torrential rains in Mazandaran, Gulustan and North Khorasan provinces killed 9 people. The second wave of floods killed 18 people in Shiraz, 1 person in Khuzestan province, one person in Kohgiluye and Buyir-Ahmad province, 3 people in Gulustan province, 2 people in Lorestan province and 1 person in Simnan province."
