The criminal case has been initiated in Switzerland against the former owner of Cherkizov shopping center in Moscow Telman Ismayilov, ONA reports citing Kommersant. He is suspected for committing 3 economic frauds.
The Zurich prosecutor's office accused T.Ismayilov of fraud by seizing his debtor's property and the loss and the removal of assets by damaging creditors. If the crime is proven, the businessman will be sentenced to between 3 and 5 years in prison.
The Russian BM-Bank and VTB Bank applied with claim statement to police and law enforcement bodies of Switzerland.
It should be noted that Telman and Vagif Ismayilov brothers were put into international search list by Russia. They are accused with murder and illicit arms trafficking.
