The main stage of the "Anatolian Eagle - 2023" International Flight-Tactical Exercises, held in Konya, Republic of Türkiye, has started, the Ministry of Defense told APA.
In accordance with the plan, the safety rules and the assigned tasks were delivered during the initial stage of the exercises.
According to the scenario, the imaginary enemy's air defense means were suppressed.
After gaining air superiority, Azerbaijani aircraft with various combat aircraft, entered the imaginary enemy’s airspace, performed combat maneuvers at high altitudes, and fulfilled tasks on destroying ground targets of the opposing side.
On the first day of the exercises, the pilots successfully accomplished the assigned tasks.
