5 more people have been evacuated from India to Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan’s embassy to Georgia told APA’s local bureau.
It was noted that 4 persons out of the evacuated people are the Azerbaijani citizens, while 1 person is the Indian citizen having permit of residence in Azerbaijan.
The evacuated people were brought by Delhi-Tbilisi charter flight to Tbilisi Airport at 14:20 today. The were brought to Broken Bridge border crossing point with accompaniment of employees of Azerbaijan’s embassy to Georgia and were handed over to the Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB).
It was stated that the evacuated people will be kept in quarantine for 14 days.
