Amount of benefits for adopted children in Azerbaijan announced

"Children rights are at the focus of attention of the President. Half of the 19 benefits in the legislation are related to just children", said Chairman of Committee Musa Guliyev at the meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Labor and Social Policy today, APA reports.

M. Guliyev said that benefit for the person, adopted a child, who lost his/her parents or deprived of parental care at age of 3-18 is considered in the amount of AZN 160, as well as for a person, who adopted a child with limited physical abilities in the amount of AZN 480 in the suggested amendment to the law "On social benefits."
