Fines, applied for companies, which do not comply with requirements regarding mask, increased

Fines for violation of anti-epidemic regime, sanitary-hygiene, and quarantine regimes have been increased, APA reports citing amendment suggested to the Code of Administrative Offenses, approved by President Ilham Aliyev today.

According to the law in force, authoritative persons are fined in the amount of AZN 3,000-4,000 for violation of anti-epidemic regime, sanitary-hygiene, and quarantine regimes, or relevant to cases, administrative imprisonment of up to one month is applied taking into consideration the personality of the violator, legal entities are fined in the amount of 4,000-10,000.

According to the amendment, authoritative persons are fined in the amount of AZN 4,000-5,000 for violation of anti-epidemic regime, sanitary-hygiene, and quarantine regimes, or relevant to cases, administrative imprisonment of up to one month is applied taking into consideration the personality of the violator, legal entities are fined in the amount of 5,000-11,000.

Currently, the individuals will be fined in the amount of 100 manats, officials in the amount of 200 manats, legal entities in the amount of 400 manats for the violation of the requirements established by the relevant executive authority for the use of personal protective equipment, as well as for not to prevent the violation of these requirements by officials and legal entities during sanitary-hygienic and quarantine regimes.

According to the changes, the officials will be fined in the amount of 300 manat, legal entities in the amount of AZN 600 for violation of the requirements established by the relevant executive authority in connection with the use of personal protective equipment, as well as for not to prevent the violation of these requirements by officials and legal entities during sanitary-hygienic and quarantine regimes. Currently, the individuals will be fined in the amount of two hundred manats, officials in the amount of four hundred manats, and legal entities in the amount of eight hundred manats for repeated commission of the same error by the person who received the administrative penalty within one year from the date of coming into force of the decision on imposing an administrative penalty.

According to the changes, the individuals will be fined in the amount of AZN 200, officials in the amount of AZN 600, legal entities in the amount of AZN 1,200 for repeated commission of the same error by the person who received the administrative penalty within one year from the date of coming into force of the decision on imposing an administrative penalty.
