Large number of ammunition found in Shusha

A special search operation has been implemented in Shusha liberated from the occupation on January 4-13, 2021 by the special mobile operational groups of the National Agency for Mine Action of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ANAMA) together with employees of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, ANAMA told APA.

In joint search operations, 13 missiles, 16 mortar shells, 15 hand grenades, 1 anti-aircraft artillery shell, 48 explosives, 2 9N235 bombs, 1 shotgun, 10 submachine gun combs, 7584 cartridges of different calibers, 1 bayonet, 4 anti-personnel mines (OZM-160), 400 grams of explosives (TNT), 1 tubular explosive (100 m) and parachute parts of 4 9M528 missiles have been found.

The ammunitions have been carried to the central destruction area of the agency for neutralization.
