Right Defense Organizations’ Monitoring Group prepared report in regard to targeting of civilian population during Patriotic War

The report of the Azerbaijani Right Defense Organizations’ Monitoring Group in regard to targeting of civilian population during the Patriotic War waged for the sake of Garabagh has been disseminated, APA reports.

The report is dedicated to shelling by Armenia with banned rockets of Azerbaijan’s regions situated far from the frontline zone during September 27 – October 30, 2020, damage caused to civilians, people who lost their life.

The report has been prepared by joint efforts of Novella Jafaroglu, chairman of Society for Defense of Women’s Rights named after Dilara Aliyeva, Saida Gojamanli, head of Human Rights and Laüfulness Defense Bureau, Saadat Bananyarli, head of Azerbaijani section of the International Human Rights Organization, Chingiz Ganizade, chairman of Demokracy and Human Rights Committee, Avaz Hasanov, chairman of the Humanitarian Researches Public Association, Dilara Efendiyeva, Director of Armenia-Azerbaijan Peace Platform, Yegana Tarverdiyeva, secretary of the Azerbaijani Right Defense Organizations’ Monitoring Group.
