The owners of the liquidated trade stores around the Azizbeyov metro station will hold protest actions outside Baku Mayor’s Office and President’s Office demanding providing other place. Teymur Karimov, head of Coordination Center to protect the rights of vendors told APA.
According to him, the meeting held in two state bodies had no results. “Baku Executive Power and Trade Department said it is impossible to provide place but the market near “Ulduz” metro station. So, we will apply to both President’s Office and Mayor’s Office to be provided with other place. If the place is not provided we will go on protesting”.
The trade stores around Azizebeyov metro station were banned last month because of construction of bypass road there. Though the Executive Power provided place near “Ulduz” metro station the owners rejected it saying that it is unsuitable place for trading. /APA/
