Vehicles that passed from Khankandi to Lachin in this morning unimpededly returned back through the road.

Vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) passed from Khankandi to Lachin through the action area without any hindrance. There were also residents of Armenian origin in the vehicles.
