Employees of the Shusha District Police Department together with the relevant agencies are taking control and preventive measures to clear the weapons and ammunition of Armenian armed units that they were forced to leave in Shusha, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan told APA.
A large number of weapons, explosives, and other ammunition were found during the measures taken over the past year.
Police officers found and handed over 5 mines, 31 submachine guns, 4 machine guns, 6 grenade launchers, 207 grenades and other explosives, 78 different types of shells, 19 Fogot, and other guided missile systems, more than 45,000 cartridges of different calibers and other ammunition. .
