Hajj visit prices for this year fixed

He said that half of 6000 Azerbaijani pilgrims will make Hajj visit by plane and half of them by bus. As to the price for Hajj visit, Payizov said that the price of the pilgrimage either by bus or plane rose.
Department chief said that pilgrimage prices are fixed AZN 1450 by bus and AZN 2280-4386 by plane this year.
He said that the increase of the price is connected with the condition of hotels and their establishment near Kaba house.
â€œThis year the pilgrims will be placed in single-room and several-person-room hotels. The condition of the hotels will also be different from the previous years. The pilgrims will be placed in 3 and 4-star hotels,â€ he said.
Payizov said that serious measures were taken in removing shortcomings observed in the previous years. He said that the first group of pilgrims will be seen off by two flights in the route of Baku-Jiddah on December 9. The pilgrims will be seen off by buses several days before it.
The price for Hajj visit was $1350 by bus, $ 2200 by plane last year. /APA/
