"One year passes since missile strike on Azerbaijan's second-largest city Ganja by Armenia today," Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov wrote on Twitter, APA reports.

He noted that the crime, which is away from humanity and against humanity, should not go unpunished: "We commemorate victims of the crime, committed by Armenia, with deep sorrow."
