The first message is that by the decision of the Council, a new regulation has been added, this regulation refers to the mandatory wearing of a mask. From now on, the use of mask becomes mandatory in the indoor and outdoor spaces. You know, we have been talking for months about how effective is the use of mask against the infection, and therefore, given the current situation, we believe that this will be one of the most important and effective ways to effectively overcome the fourth wave," Tikaradze said.
