Russian Foreign Ministry: "Opening of transport communications increases transit attractiveness of the region"

A report on the results of 8 meetings of the trilateral working group chaired by the Deputy Prime Ministers of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia was presented, APA reports.

The statement came from the Russian Foreign Ministry on the occasion of the anniversary of the trilateral statement of the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia dated November 10, 2020.

The report touches upon the opening of roads and railways between Azerbaijan and Armenia. It is said that access to transport communications of neighboring countries increases the transit attractiveness of the region, creates conditions for additional investment.
