“There are also coronavirus infections among doctors in Azerbaijan”, TABIB department head Yagut Garayeva has today said at a briefing of Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers, APA reports.
She said doctors are on the first place among risk groups worldwide: “Because they work directly with patients. Just doctors account for 20% of coronavirus infections in the world statistics. We also conduct works in the area of prevention of infection of doctors with coronavirus. We track infections in all health institutions. The local measures are taken on ground in this regard”.
