Khanlar Aliyev: “Identities of 2858 people martyred in Patriotic War have been fully determined”

Using the assistance of State Security Service and relevant bodies of Ministry of Internal Affairs conducting necessary measures for identifying the identities of those who martyred in combat operations and handing over accordingly has also been ensured, said Republican Military Prosecutor Khanlar Valiyev at a board meeting held at the Military Prosecutor's Office, APA reports.

He noted that by conducting urgent investigative actions, numerous examinations, if necessary forensic genetic examination have been carried out by the employees of military prosecutors agencies, the identities of 2858 martyred people so far, have been determined and handing over to their parents has been ensured.
