"Azerbaijan will increase natural gas production up to 45 bln. cubic meter in 2022", said Energy Minister of the Russia Alexander Novak said at the international conference, entitled "Global energy and international political risks", jointly held by Center for International Relations Analysis and Valdai International Discussion Club virtually, APA-Economics reports.
According to him, more than 38 bln. c/m gas is expected to be produced in Azerbaijan this year.
Remind that in January-May of this year, 16.4 bln. c/m gas has been produced in Azerbaijan, which is 13.6% or 2 bln. c/m more in comparison with the relevant period of 2019. This indicator was nearly 35.6 bln. c/m last year.
