Anar Karimov: Monuments subjected to vandalism in Karabakh are classified and sent to UNESCO

"The destroyed monuments in Karabakh are always in the spotlight of the ministry," Azerbaijan's Culture Minister Anar Karimov told journalists, APA reports.

The minister stressed that work is underway to bring the mentioned ruins to the attention of the international community: "This issue is traditionally on our agenda. We have first resolved the issue of inventorying the monuments that have been subjected to vandalism for 30 years. Then, the photo-video of those destroyed monuments was recorded and classified according to the state of destruction. And we continuously send these materials to international organizations such as UNESCO and ISESCO and inform them. Armenia must be brought to justice for these crimes."
