“93% of the construction of new facilities and 99% of facilities to be modernized within the project of reconstruction and modernization implemented at the Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery (HAOR) have been completed”, it was reflected on the report on the activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2022, APA-Economics reports.
"The goal of the the project of reconstruction and modernization implemented at the Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery is to minimize the negative effects on the environment along with the production of high-quality products. By the end of 2022, the construction of new facilities has been completed by 93%, and the construction of the facilities to be modernized by 99%. Within the framework of the project, the production of diesel and gasoline fuels according to "Euro-5" standards is planned in 2023, the report states.
