On October 28, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Mexican States to the Republic of Azerbaijan Rodrigo Labardini on the occasion of the end of the diplomatic tenure of the Ambassador in our country, Ministry of Foreign Affairs told APA.
Expressing gratitude to the Ambassador for his productive activity in the direction of development of relations between Azerbaijan and Mexico, Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has stressed the significance of current cooperation between our countries in bilateral and multilateral formats. In this regard, importance of mutually useful cooperation between Azerbaijan and Mexico within the framework of the UN and Non-Aligned Movement has been emphasized.
Ambassador Rodrigo Labardini has touched on the international energy and transport projects implemented by Azerbaijan in recent years and emphasized the importance of our country's role at the regional level. He has also pointed out that there is a wide potential for the development of trade cooperation between Azerbaijan and Mexico.
