Technical malfunctions causing additional load were detected in the information systems of state bodies that are public infrastructure facilities before the starting of the discounted sale process of 815 apartments of the Yasamal Residential Complex- the next project of the State Housing Construction Agency (SHCA), APA reports.
Taking into consideration of the possible impacts of the mentioned cases on the transparent results of the apartment selection process with discounted terms at the current stage, the date of the apartment sale was delayed.
During the preliminary investigations initiated by the State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, it was detected that the ASAN Login” system of the E-GOV Development Center came under a large-scale cyber attack using IP ranges belonging to global hostings located outside the country's borders.
A criminal case was started regarding the fact and investigative and operational-technical measures are being taken.
