The petitions have been approved in the proceedings.
According to the decision, period of imprisonment of I. Veliyev and others has been extended.

The petition of the investigative body on extending period of imprisonment of the former head of Executive Power of Neftchala District Ismayil Valiyev and other officials is being reviewed in the Sabail District Court.
The process is held with the chairmanship of Ilkin Rustamli.

Former head of Neftchala region Executive Power Ismayil Veliyev arrested through an operation conducted by the State Security Service a few months ago refused his advocate, APA reports.
The former head of executive power changed his advocate. I. Veliyev terminated the contract concluded with advocate Ayyub Alakbarov. He has already concluded a contract with a new advocate in order to get defended his rights.
