Nursultan Nazarbayev's press secretary Aidos Ukibai commented on COVID-19 positive status of the first President of Kazakhstan, APA reports citing AKIPress.

The press secretary said Nursultan Nazarbayev had a tight work schedule since start of June.

"Yelbasy [nation leader] held several bilateral talks, met with officials. Besides, the first President gave interviews to domestic and international media representatives. More than 40 people were involved into organization of footage, foreign nationals among them," the press secretary said.

"There are no reasons for panic and concerns. The yelbasy keeps working remotely via modern communication channels. In accordance with the approved protocol, the personal contacts of the first President with others are limited. Probably, some planned events with participation of the yelbasy will be held online via video teleconferencing," he added.
