Russian forces are throwing all their reserves at Severodonetsk in Ukraine's Lugansk Oblast, according to Head of the Regional Military Civil Administration Serhiy Haidai, APA reports citing Teletrader.
Haidai said that Ukrainian forces have repelled several attacks in the past 24 hours, recapturing parts of the city previously taken by Russian forces. "Our military has now pushed them back. They are really suffering huge losses," he claimed.
The official went on to say that Severodonetsk has become Moscow's primary goal, making the humanitarian situation in the city difficult.
