Baku. Musa Ahmadov – APA. Azerbaijani MP Aflatun Amashov has proposed increasing the amount of funds allocated for the media.
“I propose that the 4 million manats allocated for the Fund of State Support for Development of Mass Media be increased. At least a million manats is needed for funding the Internet media. How should those people make a living, who has no revenues but are always supposed to be professional and patriotic?” Amashov said addressing a parliamentary meeting on discussion of the state budget package for 2017.
