Another provocation was committed against Azerbaijan on Russian television, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
The provocation against Azerbaijan occurred in the "Kto Protiv" political talk show aired live on the "Russia 1" TV channel.
On the program broadcast on January 24 and hosted by political expert Dmitri Kulikov, Armenian-born "expert" Araik Stepanyan voiced provocative statements against Azerbaijan.
He allegedly claimed that Azerbaijan deliberately sent representatives of minority peoples living in the country to the front line during the First and Second Karabakh wars and wanted to get rid of them.
The other speakers did not react to the provocative statements of the "expert," who introduced himself as the "President of the Academy of Geopolitical Problems" against Azerbaijan.
It was also stressed that Azerbaijan was never a matter of discussion in that program. The main topic of discussion was Turkiye-NATO relations and the war in Ukraine.
Claiming that the Hungarians in Ukraine were allegedly sent to the war in eastern Ukraine by the official Kyiv, Stepanyan did not forget to express anti-Azerbaijani opinions using the opportunity of live broadcasting.
Notably, Russian state-funded television channels and mass media regularly make such provocations against Azerbaijan. These provocations were observed during the Second Karabakh War, before and after it.
